| OBJECTIVES |
- Provide leadership and coordination for mobilization and meaningful engagement of PLHIV as a critical constituency in the fight against HIV/AIDS in Africa.
- Facilitate formation and capacity strengthening of national and regional networks of people living with HIV/AIDS.
- Advocate for enabling policy environment to facilitate meaningful involvement of PLHIV in decision making processes at national, Regional and International levels.
- Facilitate strategic partnership development and networking
- Advocate for universal access to prevention, treatment, care and support
- Facilitate effective communication among NAP members and partners across Africa and beyond

The Network of African People living with HIV/AIDS (NAP+) is a Pan African network for and by people living with HIV. It was established in 1994 to work towards the improvement of the quality of lives of PLHIV in Africa and to encourage them to work together in national networks for better co-ordination and stronger representation of issues important in their lives.
